Another fantastic stay at the hotel and I hope to return again soon! Great location, well appointed rooms with beautiful view of the sea and mount vesuvius. Rooftop bar is excellent and although due to the weather it was not open every night, the alternative on the 4th floor was also very enjoyable. Every one of the staff were lovely, friendly and professional. Breakfast was included which was very good. Although I did not use the pool, the pool area looked very nice. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

Excellent location and friendly staff We had a wonderful stay at Regina Sorrento Hotel. It is a beautiful, lovely and exceptionally clean hotel in an excellent location, making it perfect for exploring Sorrento. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who went above and beyond when my friend accidentally left her bag on a boat. His help and kindness in getting the situation resolved was truly appreciated and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. A big thank you also to Carmen, who was absolutely lovely and so helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Her advice made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we couldn't fault our experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic and the staff genuinely make you feel looked after. We would happily stay at Regina Sorrento again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

Amazing hotel. My Daughter and myself stayed at the hotel Regina for 10 nights and absolutely loved every single moment of our stay. Every member of staff is amazing, the hotel is ran to perfection. I had mentioned at breakfast on her our first morning that we were both vegan and every morning we were served the most delicious and thoughtful breakfast. We booked a double balcony room on the third floor the views were incredible! We will definitely book this hotel again we cannot wait to return. Thank you for looking after us. 💖✨

Wow! Woww! Woow! This has been by far, our favorite hotel in Italy for our 2 1/2 trip. These folks are the representation of what customer satisfaction should be. A simple team for the restaurants have made such a great impression on us that it is indescribable! Members JOKE above and beyond of her duties, Manuela and Anna with the touch for a win, my friend Luigi taking great care of us….these 4 members were exceptional to their duties. Thank you all but overall Luigi and Jole for the amazing accommodations and love. We hosted our wedding welcome party at Hotel Regina and truly could not have asked for a more perfect experience. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and so easy to work with. Every detail was handled beautifully, which made planning an event from abroad feel completely effortless. The setting itself is absolutely stunning. The views over Sorrento and the Bay of Naples are breathtaking and created the most beautiful backdrop for our first evening celebrating with our family and friends. The food was also fantastic — the hors d’oeuvres were delicious, plentiful, and beautifully presented, and our guests had so many wonderful things to say about everything. Many of our wedding guests also stayed at Hotel Regina and had a wonderful experience. It was so special having everyone together in such a beautiful location, and the staff went above and beyond to make both our event and our guests feel welcomed and taken care of. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Hotel Regina team for helping make our welcome party such a memorable part of our wedding celebration in Sorrento. The staff were accommodating, the location and that it had a pool so you didn't have to go to the beach, you could relax by the pool after being out exploring or shopping. Also tge rooms had shutters that you could put down to keep the sun out and in the evening the lights out so you could have a great nights sleep

12/10 experience — we absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Regina and would come back in a heartbeat! The location is fantastic and made it so easy to walk everywhere. Our ocean-facing room was beautiful, spacious, and had a balcony. We spent so much time out there enjoying the view. Breakfast was delicious, with beautiful views to start the morning, and the pool area was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. After long days of touring around Sorrento, we looked forward to spending every afternoon relaxing by the pool. The rooftop was another highlight. We ended up spending every night up there with a cocktail, enjoying the most stunning sunsets. We didn’t even bother visiting another rooftop in Sorrento because the views from Hotel Regina were that beautiful! The hotel itself was spotless, the food was great, and everything was so well taken care of. But what truly sets Hotel Regina apart is the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and booked every single reservation for us and we loved every place they recommended! The reception staff always greeted us and were happy to help with anything we needed. The pool staff were so attentive, quick with service, and kind. The gentleman who always helped us with our bags and luggage was also so helpful and sweet. The cleaning staff were lovely, and even the breakfast team were so warm and welcoming — such a great way to start every morning. We truly felt so well taken care of from start to finish. Thank you so much to the entire Hotel Regina team for making our stay so special. We absolutely loved every minute and will 100% be back.

This hotel was excellent. I loved the location..close to the water and beautiful views of the bay from the 4th floor terrace where you eat breakfast and dinner. Also a short walk to the center of Sorrento! The breakfast was very good and robust. The staff was very helpful and professional. The pool was smaller than I thought but the pool area was nice and relaxing. You can also eat in the pool area. I will be again!

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Regina in May. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Close to restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the train station. The breakfast was very nice and the view from the restaurant and rooftop was incredible. The pool area was very nice, quiet and relaxing. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a balcony. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were all so kind during our stay. We would definitely recommend Hotel Regina. Fantastic hotel Fab hotel and location. We came here for 5 nights as we was in Italy for A wedding, Im so glad we chose this hotel coz it was perfect in every way it was close to bars and restaurants rooms was cleaned everyday and fresh towels everyday. The rooms was quite small but it was fine for us, This hotel has a rooftop bar which has the best views. We was bed and breakfast it was ok plenty of choice. There is a swimming pool it isn’t very big but it was fine for us as we didn’t go with any kids, I would definitely go back to this hotel again,

Great service, location, and comfort This is an excellent botique hotel in Sorrento. We selected this hotel becaue of its close proximity to the marina. From the minute my wife and I arrived, we were treated with first class service. The front desk staff was professional and extremely helpful with any questions we had. The rooftop breakfast buffet was outstanding as was the overall service. The room was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
